To the Party-Politicians of Australia
On the 11 June 2020 the book “My Politicised Worstpac Bank Tragedy” was sent to all caucus members of the Federal LNP along with copies to the Federal Labor caucus. In addition to this mailing, copies were sent to State Premiers and a selection of other Party and Independent politicians.
In this publication party-politicians as a group, were shown through their nefarious personal greed and non-accountability to the people have demonstratively demonstrated a culture of dishonesty, treason, terrorism, as lying bastards and human excrement as Australian politicians.
However, it is most confirming, that after six weeks and not receiving a “not-guilty” objection response from these caucus politicians to any of the accused accusations of crime committed, their silent acquiescence has confirmed their voluntary plea of “guilty” of the criminal charges levelled upon them.
Using this legally accepted precedent of the caucus politicians, that they are conducting the administration of Australia criminally, it has been decided to send an electronic copy of the book to all Federal and State politicians to read, and through their further acquiescence of the factual evidence presented, it will give them the voluntary opportunity to also plead “guilty” to the charges of criminal governance of the Australian people.

A Down-Righteous and an Up-Righteous Politicians.
Robert Gordon Menzie
Apart from the present political trash of the Australian Parliaments, there have been two Prime Ministers who have stood out well above all others of their time; one for his down-righteousness, the other for his up-righteousness.
As I to intend finishing with a eulogy and a good feeling, I will write first of the downright villain and will here mention his name.
Robert Gordon Menzies was born in 1894 and died in 1978. He served twice as a Liberal Party Prime Minister of Australia, in office from 1939 to 1941 and again from 1949 to 1966. He played a central role in the creation of the Liberal Party of Australia, defining its policies and its broad agenda.
In my opinion Menzies was by far the most criminal minded politician the Australian people had elected to represent them up until the 1960s.
As an extremely articulate speaker, being his main attribute other than being a lawyer, Menzies could persuade an audience to commit to his will even if it were not in their best interests or that of all living things in his nation ~~ one being of the most hideous magnitude imaginable.
Menzies was approached by the Ashkenazi controlled armament manufacturers of Briton prior to 1952 with the request to explode atomic bombs in Australia, the full hideous story and history has been written of by Frank Walker in his book “Maralinga” a book which should be included as part of schoolchildren education.
Menzies agreed without informing or consulting the people ~~ and as the imperative of my story, he had no regard for any native life form of the continent. Menzies own government politicians were not consulted other than to have a National Security Act of parliament enacted to jail anyone who publically discussed or spoke of the matter of the twelve British atomic bombs that were to be exploded on the Australian land mass.
I am not wasting words exonerating the stupidity of the human political electors here or sympathising with them for the one-out-of-three who are now self-inflicted with many typed of cancerous skin and internal cancers, as it is their own bloody fault as they have voted for a criminal like Bob Menzies and have continued to vote for the same nefariously crooked politicians ever since.
Although I lost faith in humanity many years ago, I relented in 2004 and with a natural plants and a mineral product I have treated 350 skin and internal cancer sufferers with a 98% success, and only discontinued treatments when a Constitutionally illegal un-promulgated Queensland Government authority took my Company to one of their corrupt courts and fined the Company $11,000 for me uttering the fact my product would cure internal cancers ~~ and by the way not one of the treated cancer sufferers were charged by me a cent for the treatment.
Coming back to the treachery of PM Bob Menzies ~~ as I have said, I am not meditating on the human consequence of his approved radiation, but have been appalled and horrified at the subsequent radiation of the billions of species of native animals, birds, reptiles and insects of our nation and planet from such undercover environmental and native (animal and human) species destroying evilness.
It horrifies me to think of the horrific unattended suffering of our nations fauna species with their many associated whiteman inflicted sicknesses when struggling to live and bring up their young into a human contaminated world ~~ this has been an indescribable tragedy for which Sir Robert Gordon Menzies, KT, AK, CH, QC, FAA, FRS, was responsible for and was awarded a knighthood by the Queen of England.
In terms of numerical and quantitative crime, this largely unrecognised mass-extermination of our beautiful Australia fauna would have allowed them to have mounted a successful Common Law Class-Action against the positive evilness of this politician and had him jailed for life.

Joseph Benedict Chifley
The Australian people were fortunate in having the politically up-righteous statesman Joseph Benedict Chifley as their 16th Prime Minister who held office from 1945 to 1949.
Ben Chifley was born in Bathurst NSW in 1885 as the son of a blacksmith and became a railwayman and steam engine driver and finally the 16th Prime Minister of Australia. He was leader of the Labor Party from 1945 until his death in 1951.
Chifley was elected as a Federal politician in 1928. He became prominent in the Labor Union movement and specialized in financial and national development portfolios. He served on the royal commission into the banking system in 1935, a subject on which he had become an expert. He submitted a report advocating that the private banks be nationalized.
The war had ended a month after he took office as Prime Minister. Over the following four years his government embarked on an ambitious program of social reforms and nation-building schemes. These included the expansion of the welfare state, a large-scale (White Australia) immigration program.
Chifley was the inspiring statesman who established the Australian National University (ANU) in 1946 in Canberra which in 2019 had an enrollment of 21,000 students.
Chifley established The Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) in 1946 which is Australia’s national security agency responsible for the protection of the country and its citizens from espionage, sabotage, acts of foreign interference, politically motivated violence, attacks on the Australian defence system, and terrorism.
Chifley promoted the highly successful Snowy Mountains Scheme which provided the massive development of electricity supply and vastly enlarged water conservation for irrigation and food production.
On November 29, 1948 Prime Minister Ben Chifley launches the first Holden car in Port Melbourne and declares “she’s a beauty”. Dealers were reportedly holding more than 18,000 orders before the first one was built. There were 7,687,675 Holden vehicles built in Australia over a period of 72 years.
The Australian Dictionary of Biography claims Chifley proved himself to be his country's greatest treasurer – fiscally responsible, able to transmit the necessity for a reasonable equality of sacrifice, and capable of managing a wartime economy of complexity and difficulty. Financing the war by increased taxation, loans from the Australian public, and central bank credit, he ensured that the nation did not become burdened with overseas debt.
In the view of many veteran Australians, Ben Chifley stood out as a politician for his enthusiastic but balanced economic management and at the same time was engaged in the unprecedented innovative national development of both structural resources and intellectual infrastructure along with the welfare of the common people.
Even his greatest political critic, Sir Robert Menzies, who damningly accused Ben Chifley of being a “Communist” which largely resulted in Chifley’s Labor Government losing the following election to the Liberal Party, made a complementary tearful eulogy speech on the death of Chifley in 1952; “It is my very sorrowful duty to tell you that Mr Chifley has died. I don't want to try to talk about him now because, although we were political opponents, he was a friend of mine and yours, and a fine Australian. Oddly enough, in Parliament we get on very well. We sometimes find we have the warmest friendships among people whose politics are not ours. Mr Chifley served this country magnificently for years. “

THE BAR BRITISH AUTHORITY REGULATION
Part 44 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 prevents politicians having an allegiance or an obedience to a foreign power ~~ why does this Act not apply to the legal profession?
It is this foreign employed curiosity of foreign law, (The Bar) that the corrupt legal fraternity of Australia has placed itself in to harbour and hide beneath before representing an accused victim of society and appearing before an equally corrupted judge ~~ this is iniquitously accepting foreign interference in Australian law ~~ which is also against the intention of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act of 1901.
The British BAR intrudingly overshadows the Australian BAR Association which functions as the Australian Law Society and historically consists of what is known as an Advocacy System of law and is not necessarily, in its self, a matter of investigative truth, but is one where the court is the arbitrator between the legally represented accused and the so called prosecutor on behalf of the Crown.
Since 1973 the Australian crown (Ac) has been the factitious neutral-gender queen of Australia, which was treasonably introduced by nefarious politicians deliberately without a confirming referendum of the people ~~ in other words, Australia now has an indictable and corrupt system of jurisdiction which extends through all advocates of the judiciary from the lowly lawyer to the elevated judge. Excluding the United Kingdom, European countries use an Inquisitorial System of law, an explanation of which will be provided at the conclusion of this common person opinion of the Australian justice system.
A further criticism of this Advocacy System of law in Australia is that the practicing legal profession, is required to be registered to this foreign derived authority and who must directs their FIRST ALLEGIANCE to this trespassing foreign authority ~~ their SECOND ALLEGIANCE is to the paying and almost always the disrespected and deceived accused client.
In the process of convicting the accused within this Advocacy System of law there are BAR accredited lawyers representing both the accused and the Australian crown which results in one lawyer proving the other wrong and often guilty of perjury. The incompetent failure to prove innocence for the accused by the failed lawyer also subjects this lawyer is guilty in supporting an indictable offence which carries a five year jail sentence.
According to; [Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935 (SA) ss 241, 267] ~~ those who encourage or give aid for the offence are known as accessories to the crime. It is also an offence to comfort or assist a person after an offence has been committed.
While, for those of this Advocacy System of jurisdiction, who now have subjected unconstitutional statute admiralty law of the sea over the people ~~ being convenient to argue an accessories excuse for the BAR accredited lawyer to be available and required as an essential protection for the accused ~~ it is also an elevated protected breeding ground for professional judicial crime ~~ extending to nefarious illegal activity which has been passed on and off as legal justice for the accused of the people.
The 2020 result of the foregone injustice of the justice system of Australia has shown complete corruption of the constitutionally required Separations of Power between the Parliament, Executive and Judiciary system ~~ all of which have become a homogenised state of self-preservation of iniquitous law ~~ which ceases to have the capacity to correct internal crime within its own political, bureaucratic and judicial systems ~~ in other words the Australian legal system is totally corrupt.
As mentioned; the Inquisitorial System of European law, which gives more imminent, fast and less costly results, is a system where the court itself becomes actively involved with trained investigators in establishing the impending and observed facts of a case rather than allowing highly paid Advocacy legal teams (for astronomical personal gain) produce and argue ancient precedence’s (some hundreds of years previous) resulting often in years of prolonged and prejudicial legal judgements ~ ~ whereas the Inquisitorial System provides justice based on research discovered evidence of fact in relation to the accused offence ~~ with far less personal greed opportunity for the thousands of opportunists of the Advocacy legal profession.
The prevailing law in Australia in this new century is no longer the law based on the peoples Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act of 1901, but the law of the legal outlaws who have devised, developed and engineered the lawless corrupt agenda of the One World Corporate political establishment that has invaded and stolen the sovereign rights and accomplished initiatives of the people with its established fascism and socialism, which has led to its control objective of fragmenting and financially destroying the common people of Australia.
