COMMON LAW -V- ADMIRALTY LAW
Common Law of England was the law the Australian people adopted for their nation in 1901. It was to be administered through their Constitution under its proscribed Separation of Powers; being the Parliament, Executive and Judiciary for a Common Law Parliament consisting of three components: the Monarch representing the Governor General, the Senate, and the Monarch represented by the Speaker of the House of Representatives being the Common Law of a Constitutional Monarchy Parliament ~~ law which was intended to be changed only by a referendum of the people of a free Constitutional society.
Admiralty or Marine Law is the Law of the Sea. It was Marine Law which deceitful politicians, judiciaries and courts deliberately and illegally introduced into Australia progressively and more intensively since 1986; Marine Law which they have deceitfully use to apply greater independent discretionary control and force upon and over the sovereign rights of the people ~~ introduced jointly, therefore illegally, by the no longer Separate Powers of Parliament, Government and Judiciary and without the peoples required referendum, which constituted the Law of a dictatorship.
By the 1980s it appeared that the majority of the Australian people wished to separate from the United Kingdom Government and form their own sovereign nation. In taking advantage of the perceived public opinion for change, the Labor Party Government deceitfully seized upon an opportunity to introduce a number of socialistic measures of administration in 1986 through a proposed referendum. This referendum was to include the separation from the UK in order to appease the Australian people ~~ however, no referendum was held in 1986. Nevertheless Labor politicians proceeded to deceitfully introduce Republican designed policy. Hidden within such, were the introduction of Marine Law and the progressive departure of Common Law and which included their evil intention for a dictatorship.
The Labor politicians realised the people would see through their proposed gerrymandered referendum, and decided to secretly and deceitfully introduced a Republic Government in their enactment of the Australia Act of 1986 without the consent of the Australian people or our Sovereign Queen Elizabeth of the United Kingdom, an illegal Act which was subsequently accepted by both the equally nefarious Liberal and National Party politicians.
The Liberal National Party Prime Minister John Howard held a referendum of the people in 1999 which failed. The object of this referendum was to introduce a more dictatorial and controlled form of government over the people by treasonable Constitutional ignoring politicians.
While the politicians, judges and lawyers have been vigilantly and illegally laying down their unconstitutional statute Marine Republican Law upon the common people for a period of 35 years or more ~~ these sinful political traitors, who constituted the so called three tiers of democratic government, have themselves failed to observe the Common Law of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act of 1901 and have committed thousands of illegal and therefore unlawful Acts of parliament by their unconstitutional governments ~~ all of which amounts to horrendously evil and willful treason by the politicians upon the people.
In view of the fact no honourable politician or judicial person has stood up and demanded the repudiation of this mountain of corrupt legislation, but have joined the offending Republican administration, such treason condemns 99.9% of politicians, judges and lawyers of our nation as being the lowest form of cursed humanity conceivable ~~ all of whom should be jailed for life without enquiry or trial along with the two evils who were responsible for the Tasmanian Port Arthur massacre ~~ the two being Prime Minister John Winston Howard and the escaped mass-murdering professional marksman who was engaged by JWH to execute the shooting murders ~~ and release the tortured Martin Bryant who was wrongfully jailed for life without enquiry or trial and appropriately compensate this wilfully wronged man and his family.

The Way We Were in 1901, after a decade of unifying debate and discussion, the Australian people thoughtfully proclaimed their Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 which was only to be changed or altered by a set procedure of referendum by the people ~~ they did so only eight times in 119 years ~~ but the treasonable politicians have deceitfully and illegally made 27 major changes and several thousand circumvention's through manipulating the true interpretation of its foundation of which most people are unaware.
In the 119 years the nation’s people strove to continue in the pioneering development of the lands of their nation in which they had sovereign ownership rights granted to them by the Crown of Queen Victoria of England and fought two world wars in respect for their Queen and King as an obligation to their country and Constitution.
The people developed their nation and produced primary products and mineral resources well beyond their domestic needs for export and expanded international trade with minimal political restrictive involvement. For twenty five of these years the people owned their own public banking system which allowed unprecedented development without the usury extortion of a private banking system.
Australia became a substantial exporter. By the twenty first century the nation was exporting 60% of its primary and 90% of its mineral production ~~ resulting in $272.4 billion of total exports annually or an equivalent commendable effort of $10,640.00 per resident ~~ detrimentally, most of the mineral exporting being in the hands of corporations ~~ the majority of which were foreign owned.

Some interesting history from two old friends:
I was recently researching some history in regard to grain production from early times through to modern day agriculture, and I found some interesting figures given in a book written by my friends Doctor Graeme Quick and Professor Wesley Buckley in 1978. They had personally autographed my copy of their book, and presented me with it in that year.
Graeme was principal research scientist with the agricultural engineering section of the CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation,) and Wesley was Professor of Soil Science with the (Department of Agricultural Engineering) of Iowa State University Ames, Iowa USA.
In the Preface to their book ‘The Grain Harvesters’, they quoted some interesting figures that stated:-
“In 1776, at the time of the American revolution, it required the effort of 13 farmers to feed one city dweller for a year. Two centuries later in 1976 the average United States farmer produced enough food for his family and 46 additional people.”
What an extraordinary increase in efficiency that mechanisation and plant breeding had brought about?
I marvel at having had, with my family and five average yearly farm employees, what seems the almost unique opportunity to have produced a number of crops of grain over 10,000 tonnes, and one of 17,500 tonnes. The average of these crops, which if made into bread, would give 275,000 people one loaf each, each week for a year.
I accept the fact these people would require more than a loaf of bread each week to exist on, however it was of great personal satisfaction to have produced in my lifetime the raw material of wheat in order for 200,000,000 loaves of bread to be baked and fed to people around the world.

What Morrison does not tell the people (August 2020) is that his government was now an OWG administration and that all the intended rescinded international agreements would be the prerogative of the OWG administration to re-balance between their various OWG international administrations and would be implemented without the legal Constitutional referendum requirements of the Australian people.
Furthermore; it is believed Morrison has been instructed by his OWG bosses to inform the Australian people in about (December 2020) that in order to borrow a further required $250 billion from the Central Banks, that in view of this exceptional debt provision, the people of Australia will be required to accept further restrictive control requirements of the One World Government administration as compensation for stabilising the economy, providing employment, re-establishing trade and commerce and providing surveillance authorised travel.
The first mandatory obligation will be the compulsory immunisation of the people of Australia with World Health Organisation (WHO) approved vaccine ~~ undisclosed as a WHO human approved population control (extermination) vaccine. I believe you have a responsibility to ask the Banks probing questions on questionable banking practices on behalf of the Australian community.
As a Bank Victim and member of the public, I would like you to ask the questions on securitisation and repossession rights that Leon Ashby has sent in.
Questions for the House Economics Committee to ask Banks and financial entities:
1. What percentage of your Banks loans have become Securitised Loans?
2. What percentage of your Banks Securitised loans would be repossessed and sold up by your Bank each year? What is the percentage for 2019?
3. Could your Bank double dip (i.e. be paid twice) for a Securitised loan when it sells up a property because the loan was already paid out to the bank by the Trust when it is Securitised?
4. Does your Bank remove Securitised loans from your financial accounting books because those loans have been sold to the Trusts involved - therefore demonstrating your Bank has no outstanding debt owed to them by Securitised loans?
5. Are the damages from a defaulted Securitised loan to a Bond Holder covered by Mortgage Insurance?
6. Are Securitised loans protected by an insurance system rather than a Mortgage system?
7. Who pays for the Mortgage insurance?
8. If there is a default on the Securitised loan, and it is covered by Mortgage Insurance, who is the true beneficiary of the insurance paid out?
9. If the Investor Protection system changes from a Mortgage system to an insurance system – are the Borrowers notified of the change? – If so where? If not, why not?
10. When a loan is Securitised, does your bank cease to be the Credit Provider - and instead becomes the “Servicer” of the Securitised loan for the Trust/ee who manages the Bond investments.
11. When a loan is Securitised, is the Bank no longer the true Mortgagee? If so, who is?
12. Does a Servicer of the loan have full Mortgage rights to the Securitised loans?
13. Do the Repossession rights on a Mortgaged loan evaporate when the loan becomes a securitised loan, and is then owned by the Trust?
14. If a servicer of a loan does not have Mortgagee rights to the securitised loan, is it fraudulent of the servicer to repossess the assets, sell them and retain the funds?
15. Would it be fair to say that every Securitised loan that has been sold up by a bank when it is a servicer of the loan, has been done so illegally and criminally?
16. Does your bank believe that a remedy needs to be put in place immediately for victims of Securitised loans whose assets were fraudulently repossessed and sold up by the bank?
17. Has your Bank been able to claim the funds received from Trusts coming from paid out Securitised loans that were “income” - but your bank has not paid any income tax on those funds when it should have done so?
18. Has Your bank`s Shareholders and Executives received a financial advantage through the process of repossessing assets fraudulently without the Repossession Rights to do so?
19. Has your Bank’s Senior Executives and Management received rewards and bonuses on the back of the ill-gotten profits from “double dipping” through the process of Securitisation, and fraudulent actions by your bank?
20. Has your Bank`s offshore investors unfairly benefited from fraudulently selling up property from Australian Bank customers?
