In year 2017-18 the 13,500,000 Australian income tax payers contributed $185 billion dollars to health care remediation or $7,485 per person of a population of 25,360,000. 11,860,000 being either children under 18 years or pensioners over 65 year, ~~ this then equated to a burden of $13,700 per taxpayer who on average received $48,826 annually and being 36.01% of their income.

If the average Australian Taxpayer, earning $48,826 annually, was required to fund the national health care cost, it would require 36.01% of those earnings!

Of course from a per capita basis, the above equation could not financially work and needs funding support from the $513.7 billion of annual total tax revenue which included Company taxation. Further contributions came from royalty payments from exported minerals, foreign borrowings and the sale of national assets such as rights to mineral mining and leasing revenue for major export import port facilities ~~ the latter of these being negotiated by treacherous politicians without the knowledge or consent of the Australian people.

However, this critical exercise is given above in order to demonstrate how burdensome health care has become in direct relation to an Australian population and its obvious inability to afford its health care given its increasing national ill-health circumstances. This I believe, is largely because of the increasing modern nationwide trend of utilising synthesised chemical applications in its agronomic food crop production and through its stages of processing, storage, preservative and packaging processes within the wide-scale trade export of unprocessed and import of processed food commodities.

Given that this book shows irrevocably that the Australian nation along with its people had been forfeited to USA, lock stock and business address in 2006 by the integrity void Prime Minister John Winston Howard in a treacherous deal to compensate for unaffordable and unpaid debt and interest; ~~

I will quote the 2018 published supply figures of just one of the 380 agricultural chemical suppliers in the USA ~~ that being Monsanto Bayer (MB).

The MB total agribusiness revenue is $2.1 trillion. Total lobbying expenditure $138.66 billion

It would take a team of statisticians to ascertain the total quantity of synthesised agricultural chemical (SAC) used worldwide in the production of food crops; however the conundrum would certainly reveal many trillions of dollars. All that is intended for this book is to analyse from variations of authenticated statistics to allow my readers to judge and question where their nation is being directed and who is responsible for its health policy navigation ~~ so let us begin.

Worldwide, an estimated 19.3 million new cancer cases (18.1 million excluding non-melanoma skin cancer) and almost 10.0 million cancer deaths (9.9 million excluding non-melanoma skin cancer) occurred in 2020. Female breast cancer has surpassed lung cancer as the most commonly diagnosed cancer.

Although the large Agricultural Chemical Companies (ACC) spends billions of dollars annually in lobbying the limited cognitive attention of the small to average farmer; the larger and perhaps more intellectual farmers being somewhat more self-indulgently inclined in methods of questionable crop production, particularly when the smell of increased profit and ease of crop raising comes to their notice, all of which are susceptible to the lobbying influence of the evil ACC giants to increase the use of SAC ~~ Monsanto Bayer ACC offers all of the above directed incentives to the care-less-farmers.

This money and marketing power phenomena invention of the ACC’s is being directed towards both groups of farmers who are being totally and deceitfully blindsided to the oblivious deceitfully and deleterious health effects and repercussions to human health by SAC’s.

Nevertheless, statistics show it is the farmers of the Fifty-First States of America (Australia) who are being used by the ACC’s as their mass-murders of humanity ~~ some who farm in oblivion, others obliquely conscious of their massive crime have contributed to the diagnosed 145,000 of new cancer illness and the death of 45,000 of Australians in 2020.

While the nation spent $185 billion dollars on health care in 2020, a total of 160,000 deaths were recorded of which 45,000 died of cancer related illnesses.

While this may seem a serious concern, it is the accumulative numbers of perpetually ill people that is of far greater concern with patients being influenced into long term money collecting remedial medical services.

On top of the nation’s health care expenditure there are a number of other costs which are born by the ill people in the way of lost opportunity and employment, travel to and from sessions of treatment and top up payments for pharmaceutical medication and most burdening of all, are the annual Medibank Insurance payments. Collectively, these personal patient costs run into many billions of dollars for the Australia people of the fifty-first State of the USA.

Families are often torn apart by long suffering illness dysfunctionality of members.

Sufferers of cancer, as with other serious illnesses, can and do endure under the best of existing medical treatment for some years and still not be fit for work ~~ and throughout this period, the accumulated ill and non-contributing people, the nation becomes a hopelessly encumbered financial and sickened place to be where treacherous administrative corporations (once the people’s parliaments) are in the process of transferring the wealth and sovereign rights of the common people to their criminal associates being the evil-elite of the corporations.

There are at least five effect and cause issues (ECI) that came to light in this last long and perhaps convoluted paragraph which requires more detailed explanation.

The first ECI is enduring ill-health issue is vindicated simply by the 2017/2018 statistical fact the nation of 25,360,000 people’s annual medical bill had reached $185 billion dollars and individually $7,485.00 justifies this claim. A 2018 per capita (PC) cost of $7,485 against a 2000 PC cost of $1,639 ~~ it must be stressed this horrendous escalation in health care took place before the now unmentionable Covid-19 flue tsunami presented its fake and fabricated presence. I believe this 400+% PC increase in health care in the first fifth of this century has its origin in the mass-murdering intentions of the Agricultural Chemical Companies such as Monsanto/Bayer (ACC) along with their partners in crime being the non-organic farmers.

The 2000 per capita cost was $1,639.00

The 2018 per capita cost was $7,485.00

The third ECI: The sickening thing about this sick nation syndrome is the accumulative non-effort effect of the sick people’s non-contribution to productivity and their subsequent inability to contribute to balancing the ratio between the export and import earnings of the nations ~~ as it is the city masses have both little understanding and or participation in these national imperatives.

In fact if it were not for the questionable efforts of the rural industries and the opinion opposed polluting efforts of the mining and gas industries the city dwelling people of this Fifty First USA State Australia would starve to death.

It is obvious the medical profession, from big pharmacy to the local doctor, have adopted a practice of prolonged assessment and treatment paradigm rather than one of ‘time of the essence’ remedial removal of the ailment.

The existing medical profession would go into self-indulgent-shock if an illness remedy method was found and insisted upon to reduce the unsustainable $185 billion health cost by even 10%.

At 30% the medical profession would completely self-destruct.

The fourth ECI: Treacherous corporate administrations have allowed the Hippocratic Oath of the doctor to be stood aside in many cases and their sworn ideals replaced in an elegance that favour the Medical Corporatizations and the evil elite who own and control them ~~ both of whom have now embezzled the people’s wealth and bankrupted the Fifty First State of USA; Australia.

The Hippocratic Oath is an Oath of ethics historically taken by physicians and is one of the most widely known ancient medical stipulates of ethics. In its original form, it requires a new physician to swear by and to uphold specific ethical standards in the medical treatment of the sick.

Big pharmacy have succeeded in securing the ethical elegance of the GP’s with bribed handouts of thousands of newly released medications approved by the bureaucracies of corrupt politicians and sponsored by the unenlightened nonchalant taxpayer. These are the toxic prescription that has led to a sick and financially bankrupt condition of the Australia people ~~ people who are now the de-sovereigned birthright confiscated possessions of foreign Corporatocracy.

The fifth ECI: Corporatized medicine has allowed the monumental transfer of an increasing portion of the basic-wage wealth of the sick people to the elite of Corporatocracy. The average doctor drives a new Mercedes or a BMW and changes from one to the other every second or third year ~~ while the average patient drives a Toyota or Mazda and if they are in their second or third year of sickness, the vehicle will be second or third hand and near unregistrable.

This exemplifies the core of the affordable unaffordable equation that now exists between the corporate elite and the average people and the gap between the two is widening as the days go by.

In summary of the situation planet earth and its people now figure in 2021, I would estimate both had lost their ways to the point of near extinction of truth in expression; integrity within jurisdiction; honesty within professions; respect from those who have wealth for those who have not; compassion within the majority; and enduring love for so many in marriage; and most of all, concern for the future of children ~~ in simple words, earth and those living on it are in crises as they have allowed brilliance to be replaced by barbarity and the beauty of the planet to be pilfered for greed by an undesirable evil elite of humanity.

While the wrecking-tools of the criminal elite in their quest for this greed has been the political allowed infiltration of the corporations, the multinational agricultural synthesised chemical companies and pharmaceutical conglomerates ~~ the real criminal in the equation are those who continue to blindly vote and elect politicians whose elegance and greed have been bought by foreign powers to forfeit the sovereign rights of the nation to these infiltrators.

It must be remembered that in that wreckers-tool-box there are the 135,997 farmers who farm 61% of the landmass of Australia who form the frontier of toxin spreaders and sprayers of synthesised agricultural chemicals, who I believe, collaborate with the giant multinational mass-murders of civilisation.

Another point to remember for the farmers and people of Australia is that now being the Fifty First State of the USA, with 25,693,059 people, these farmers are assisting with the annual application of $2 trillion dollars of synthesised agricultural chemical on the food crops of 353,893 059 people.

This is all horrific evilness ~~ but chicken-feed compared to the Covid-19 pandemic scam which the evil elite has tragically engulfed the world.

Holocaust Repercussions Incorporated!

The Confession of Colin Uebergang in foolishly trusting bankers!

In the sixty years as a farmer of my now ninety years, apart from small experimental trials, no synthesised agricultural chemical crop fertilisers were used on my food crops. Wheat, barley and oat crops were rotated with leguminous nitrogen improving species in order to improve soil fertility. Organic fertilisers were experimented with and used.

Because of manpower shortage caused by World War Two, I was required to assist my older brother Neil with a limited number of employees in the production of a 4000 acre wheat crop on the family property “Crooble” near Moree in 1938 ~~ this 44,000 three bushel bag crop was grown on land that had previously grown the legume Lucerne which left the soil naturally fertilised.

In the late 1940s my family had given land-use and cooperation to the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) an Australian Government agency responsible for scientific research in the quest of improved pasture species specialising in nitrogenous legumes as a means of improving food crop production and soil fertility.

This mutual cooperation advantaged both the CSIRO and my family and led in following decades to a highly productive grain growing system and the development in the 1950s of the high volume bulk grain handling and transport system which replaced the nations historic three bushel jute bag system.

In 1959 I grew cotton at “The Deep” property at Tara in Southern Queensland. The crop became infested with heliothis grubs. I was advised by the Queensland Department of Agriculture to spray the crop with DDT, which was applied once.

In 1960 I again grew cotton and it became even more infested with heliothis grubs and was sprayed twice with DDT as advised.

In 1961 my third and last cotton crop had to be sprayed three times with DDT and because it was not sprayed a fourth and fifth time the crop yield suffered. It was then I decided not to grow cotton again ~~ my John Deere cotton picker was sold to the American Mr Paul Karl of Narrabri and the bulk handling equipment was sold to Mr Michael Thomas of Dalby.

My ill-adventure into the growing of cotton was recorded and published by the Queensland Department of Agriculture (QDA) Advisory Leaflet 687 in 1962 which included my pioneering development of the first system of modular bulk handling of cotton in Australia. The report addressed the process involved along with the daily deliveries of bulk cotton to the Whinstanes cotton gin in Brisbane.

It was because of these unfortunate early 1960s experienced with synthesised agricultural insecticide chemicals that I became reticent to engage in the wide use of chemical weed and insect control in grain production in this way in future years and the practice was eventually phased out.

In the 1980s the system of crop rotated with the leguminous nitrogen improving species fenugreek was used extensively to control black oats and weed and at the same time greatly improve crop yield which proved very successful.

A final faze back of synthesised agricultural chemicals was made in the late 1980s with 80% of the property “Mount Carmel” at Goondiwindi being Registered as organic with National Association Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA) was successfully obtained after which organic fertilized was used.

As the 1990s approached a number of factors became implication imperative, some obstructive. The imperatives were that I was in the process of developing an organic Melaleuca tea tree oil plantation at Mullumbimby on the North Coast of NSW along with eight organic skin care products which required finance.

At the same time I had secured a large sale of organic wheat contract with Uncle Tobby for 80% of the 1990 wheat crop at Mt Carmel in Queensland which required the instillation of organic grain cleaning and handling facilities which required finance.

The obstructive factors I mentioned earlier were several years of drought which resulted in subsequent low wheat yield and extremely high interest rates.

At the time 1990 Westpac Banking Corporation, my banker, was media published as being insolvent with a $1.5 billion deficit and shares falling to less than a dollar ~~ Westpac bank was technically broke.

In order for Westpac to show their investors a profit, the Board made the decision to engage in a series of criminal and nefarious actions against many of their clients.

In doing so, Westpac illegally placing a non-agriculturally experienced and unregistered receiver into both of my businesses, and paid indemnified witnesses to lie and give false evidence and at the same time colluded with corrupt police to have criminal charges placed on Colin Uebergang.

The illegally imposed receiver operated the businesses for a further two years ~~ growing the wheat without NASAA certification or myself being on the property ~~ the receiver was found to have mixed and sold both organic and un-organic wheat to Uncle Toby as organic but was not prosecuted.

Westpac directly robbed all income from my business and then declared them as insolvent after which Westpac nefariously believed they had the right to appoint a second official receivership ~~ this amounted to premeditated fraud.

The Westpac receiver Lindsay Dickson colluded with the corrupt police Sergeant G.G. Murphy to convince the court that because Uebergang had owned the NASAA organic certification, which no longer applied; 

I was convicted and sent to jail for two years; not for committing fraud, but for having the “intent” to commit a crime.

Three Appeal Court Justices subsequently and unanimously ruled that the trial judge had “erred” in five points of his judgement against Colin Uebergang and had me released from jail after five months ~~ 

not guilty, but without compensation ~~ as an insolvent pensioner for the last 31 years.
