On Tuesday the 4/05/2021 I awoke at 2.30am, being my long held custom, and as I was batching at the time I turned the light on knowing in doing so it would not disturb my wife. I pulled the bed coverings back so the sheets would aerate following five hours of animated reminiscent dreaming ~~ the finale dramatic activity of which this morning having woken me as was often the case.

Dressing in shorts and shirt and turning out the light I went to my office and turned the light and computer on and started to scroll down through the in-emails which had arrived throughout the early part of the night, eliminating some and saving the ones that interested me. At coming into my office I took note of the security screen that was behind my desk which received the views of six external house cameras; there was no active movement anywhere except for a spider and its web moving in the breeze that showed on one of the cameras.

I had been intent on working with the matters on my work screen for some time when I had the premonition to again take a look at the security screen behind and above me ~~ what I saw startled me ~~ there above the driveway was some sort of strange hovering conveyance in view ~~ all of which had bypassed the security gate which was there to prevented vehicles and visitors coming to the front door in the middle of the night.

Standing abruptly and looking directly at the screen I could see that one camera showed a dark but sleek looking thing silently hovering in the driveway with a human like apparition stepping out from the underside of the unexplained transporter which appeared to be not from the world I was part of.

A second camera showed the figure moving towards the front door ~~ I was spellbound. Many things were passing through my mind one of which was “where in heaven did all this come from?” I took a closer look at the screen and saw that the figure appeared to be a strangely but respectably dressed human who was by then hesitating in front of the front door bell button.

I knew the circumstances surrounding this intrigue was certainly out of this world because of its sudden hovering appearance and the way it had obviously overcome the security gate and the manner in which the figure had got out of the vehicle from its belly and not from a side opening door which was the normal way for people to do on Earth.

Plucking up the courage I walked the few metres to the front door from my office and opened the door and stepped outside in shorts and shirt, knowing that whatever happened in the next while would be something rarely or never experienced by an Earth human before, nevertheless, knowing whatever it was it had to be confronted.

The man spoke softly but assertively and friendly and stated in perfect English; “I apologise for this intrusion. I am part of Galactic Space Operations engaged in a division known as Universe Surveillance and my Leader has invited you to visit him for a private informal discussion. If you agree I am to transport you to the Main Space Centre and return you home afterwards at your discretion.”

Since my strange sighting of an Alien craft at Crooble in the 1980s I had believed in the existence of extraterrestrial life, but now facing and experiencing a close encounter with this Alien who was inducing me to come aboard his hovering vehicle and travel somewhere to meet another Alien, was a magnanimous decision beyond normal comprehension for me and I confess thoughts of being subjected to hallucination passed through my mind.

I recollect feeling uneasy about my night clothing appearance and said that I needed to dress in respectable cloths, particularly if I was to travel to a meeting. After stating this, I left the Alien on the front porch and preceded to my dressing room to respectably dress and put boots on and comb my hair.

I went out the front door again, forgetting to set the alarm system but locked the door and joined the awaiting and encouraging Alien who was indicating for me to stand with him on a lowered platform, and in doing so we were smoothly elevated into a very unusual vehicle ~~ one which had possibly travelled more distance around the universe than all Earth people had in their entire and combined life history.

I was shown to a comfortable chair which had no seat belts but had inbuilt ear phones attached to it which were placed well away from touching my head but from which a pleasant resonation of soothing hallucinating sound flowed, and little did I know of anything including gravity pull or push until I was touched on the hand by a more female looking Alien who had been sitting unnoticed and was now beckoning me to follow her from the small vehicle which had obviously docked and attached to the Main Space Centre which was mentioned by the first met Alien, into a very large and complex looking venue.

What I do remember is that I remained in a relaxed state of mind in comfort within this huge room confronted by a person, an Alien with a not unlike human appearance who spoke in more perfect English that I had ever personally found possible to express myself.

He was sitting across from where I had been invited to sit at the time in a pleasant sound induced frame of mind ~~ and although appearing to be male there were others of his kind in the background who appeared to be viewing computerised information screens, some of whom appeared to have a variation in gender and not all masculine in appearance.

On reflexion I believed there was no way, at my age, could I have remained in a state of ‘compos mentis’ without being subjected to artificial inducement or influence of some kind. It was therefore obvious I had been given such treatment before being subjected to this oncoming ‘face to face’ interaction with this senior Alien. Clearly I was now under Alien ‘care and cause’ to do with as apparently was their intention ~~ and on reflection I believe my state of mind preparation was induced through sound-impulse, pleasant as it was.

Two further things I did notice at this point were that I still had my feet in my RM Williams elastic side boots and I had not soiled my underwear. It was reassuring to me that I still had something from Earth, my cloths in particular, if I was never allowed to return there.

Then I noticed that everything in the room appeared to have been futuristically designed and made from either curved angles of metallic and crystal substances without plastic or wood and the costume of these people was certainly not casual.

Everything seemed to be sterilely clean and there was no doubt I had been sterilised both externally and internally with sonic-vibrations while listening to that pleasant sound while travelling to the Main Space Centre.

I was politely thanked for accepting the invitation to visit by the man who sat across from me who introduced himself as ‘Galaxis’ to which I responded with my first name and a nod of my head and noticed my host nodded his head slightly in acceptance of my response. I wondered if this was customary for these people or was it part of learning English customs in preparation for this meeting that induced him to do so.

It was then that I became concerned about time as I knew I would be receiving phone calls from 7am, and reacted by looking for my watch which I discovered was not on my wrist as I had apparently forgotten to put it on in the rush to dress, for this I expressed my concern to Galaxis.

His response was that he intended to have me returned well before Earth dawn to my home location and revealed in saying; “Time will be compressed in this discussion interview, so feel relaxed about time; time will be taken care of so no embarrassment will come to you from your brief absence from Earth.”

With being reassured about my time away from home and that the intention was for me to be eventually returned to Earth, and the last of my anxiety removed, I was able to focus on my surroundings and to ask a further question as to why I had been selected for this meeting when there were millions of less aged people who could serve the purpose more adequately than me. To this I was given a lengthy response, ~~ the implications and retention of which, strangely I believe, I had been given special cognitive stimulation via my preparation in order to remember the minute details of what was said:-

“Your questions will be answered for you as I proceed in conveying US intentions of the discussion that are intended. I will use words, meanings and names of material things that you will be familiar with, and understand the intentions we have and the expectations for you and your planet Earth."

“As said my name is Galaxis and I am the Captain, as you would refer to one such as me, of this Galactic Space Operations (GSO) space vessel. This GSO owned vessel is one of many that has been assigned to Universe Surveillance (US) to convey the intention and requests of GSO to select and approve honourable Earth people such as yourself for a special request ~~ many of whom have languages which we extraterrestrials, as you would also refer to us, have complete understanding of and the ability to converse with. As an intermediary of GSO and as part of US in discussion with you, you can refer to me as ‘Galaxis’ as I have for many periods of time been at the “Axis of Converging Lines” of influence throughout the cosmos, Colin Uebergang!”

I remember the reference to my full name sent an electric shock to erect the hairs on the back of my neck but at the same time reminded me to nod my head in response to the amicably extended formality and the mention of my full name:-

“To answer your question as to why you have been selected and not others from your city, it is elementary ~~ your personal efforts of recognising and publishing the corruptive agendas of Earths administrations and naming those responsible without fear has been registered by GSO observance sensory system, which brings US to the point of respectfully requesting your cooperation.

"How do you feel about my response to your question? Are you comfortable for me to continue to explain why US has appeared in the skies of your planet?"

Before you answer, let me say that at this time it is GSO’s instructions for US to select many thousands of your people, individually across many of your nations in order that they continue to express to your populations and administrations that conscionable change is inevitable, and will be applied from beyond Earth. This is due to the existing unconscionably corrupt means and methods of the governance of your planet."

My answer was affirmative and I nodding my head for Galaxis to continue:-

“Excellent, and for your information there are thousands of GSO space-vessels engaged in providing advanced influence to many such life-inhabited planets in the hundred thousand million planets within what Earth people refer to as the Milky Way. Understanding the vast efforts of GSO would be incomprehensible for the mass population of Earth ~~ therefore, GSO seeks to progress the efforts of identifying and indemnifying expressive people such as yourself, who the US believe have been deliberately and perversely branded as “Conspiracy Theorists” in order to camouflage the crime and greed of the unconscionable administrators of Earth ~~ this unfortunate denigration of you should not be regarded by you as being adverse to GSO and US opinion of you.”

To this reassurance and especially the mentioned fact of being indemnified, I actually included a ‘thank-you’ with the nod of my head:-

“Before proceeding with the matter of unfairness issues, issues that will require GSO and US attention in the case of planet Earth, let me emphasise that the US is aware of certain well-known and well-meaning ‘conspiracy theorists’ who exist in presence and are vocal on your planet and who have highlighted the presence and activity of Alien space craft and people from time to time and who had conducted a number of extraordinary and or unusual happenings ~~ while there is certainly truth in many of these sightings, these Alien interventions are part of a secular intergalactic observation utility which has had no authority or capacity to make or insist upon full planetary reclamations as is now required by GSO.

“GSO, through its operational division of US, does have this capacity and intends to undertake this order with the consequence millions of evil minded in Earths governance and professions will suffer an end through being vanished.

“GSO now recognises Earth as having five major “Anti-Fairness” issues forced upon the people, all five of which have increased in corrupt intensity by the administrators in the last fifty Earth years ranging from; (1) the right to life itself in a state of health wellbeing, freedom and liberty; (2) self interest of elite administrators; (3) obsessive inclination for power; (4) control by elite individuals who through their personal evil impediments and egotistical ambitions have exponentially increased their wealth in recent time; and (5) all of Earths politicians are now so evil in their intentions against the people of Earth, they have no conscionable ability to make the change to fairness.

‘All five of these “Unfair” administrative issues have contaminated Earth’s bureaucracies of health, legal, finance and productivity systems and it is the primary fault of the politicians who have allowed this treason against the people to progressively expand ~~ and in many instances these evil politicians have encouraged control and corruption for personal and egotistical gain.

“Administrative government which Earth people refer to as politics is contaminated by greedy self-serving evil individuals ~~ many of whom have come from the legal profession without having been selected for their statistically proven practical business management performance but for their ability to be untruthful and deceitful in seeking personal and political-party advantage for an elite few at the unfairness of the poor majority. Elite people who have been corruptly enticed into subservient control by being given corruptly created bonuses, work security and increased travel expectancy.

“It is the first of these unfairness issues that will prompt the corrective actions of US; that being the right for human life to exist. Millions if Earth years ago the GSO made the decision to seed Earth with the placement of life in many forms, as it has done on many other planets and allow it to develop and multiply.

“Because of the enormous demand and necessity for GSO galactic services, Earth had been allowed to self-administrate without due attention from US, and has many times engaged in conflict within its factions of mythical belief for unfair territorial possession and sectarian greed.

“However, the US division of GSO has observed and given periodic warnings that the principal reason for conflict which has perpetually prevailed on Earth, was that self-serving mythology believers had promoted the mystique that man was first created by a mythical God or Gods, as they call these presumption, and have fought over the various interpretation of their writings of such elite misconceptions; all of which has prevailed uncorrected for a very long time.

“Now in recent times GSO have noticed the elite of an evil organisation known as a One World Government (OWG) who has collaborated with another organisation that is referred to as a World Health Organisation (WHO), both corrupt elite corporatized organisation ~~ not of the common peoples best interests ~~ have colluded globally with assumed authorities and joined together with the evil intention of greatly reducing life on Earth by a deceitfully devised mass-murder method of first creating a fake pandemic virus in secret, and then spreading its toxicity into the people of unsuspecting nations.

“Subsequently, these OWG and WHO intend to carry out multiple injection of toxic substances into all they can entice and or threaten, which GSO believe is intended to cause ill health to many people and the death of millions ~~ their intention is evil beyond the belief of GSO and the US.

“This outrage of Earths people needs to be corrected along with the appointment of appropriate and statistically proven administrators by the majority of people; and at the time when the GSO signals the approval, the US will move to “Process” these “unwanted inhuman contaminants” and they will be vanished from Earth.

“The US will then advise the common majority on how not to make the electoral mistake again of giving discretional authority to vested evil elite interests which would contribute to continued unfairness of the majority.”

I could not disagree with Galaxis on his GSO intentions for Earth and personally felt for them to be implemented sooner than later, and was intrigued at his several mentioning’s that certain inhuman contamination would “vanish” and was anxious to hear more of GSO intention for my corrupted planet Earth:-

“Earth’s legal system is riddled with “evil intending self-opinionated elite” individuals who have bound their profession into a global non-investigative, speculative precedent administrative system of corruption called the BAR (British Accreditation Regency), which in recent times has allowed the weaker nations to be corporatized and registered to more powerful and corrupt nations.

‘This in effect has allowed all administrations ~~ all of which have been corporatized ~~ corporatized to enrich the operative evil-elitist who enforce unfairness upon the common people through their illegal Corporatocracy.

“Furthermore, apart from a few Wise Nations, there is no Universal Investigative Law on Earth, ~~ only law and laws that advantage the elite who have the stolen wealth of the masses to bribe and influence the afforded decisions from corrupt court judges, ~~ all with corrupt political support.

“From the US examination of your past court experiences Colin, it was noticed that you have suffered adverse experiences from the corrupt financial and court systems. This has been a great example of injustice towards you.”

I could not agree more and nodded, as Galaxis continued:-

“Earths production systems certainly need GSO and US intended rectification. It is the intention of GSO to have US remove obsolete and polluting methods of energy production. It will be replaced by similar energy to that used to power this GSO and its attachment of five support vessels you are visiting. Energy that is readily and freely available to all, but has been denied to Earth’s people by the corrupt elite of Earth for self-serving and ‘greedy’ reasons ~~ these elite and evil people will be vanished and exiled from Earth.

“Earths industry has suffered in so many adverse ways ~~ firstly the elitists choose to transport raw materials across the Earth to be processed by nations of disadvantaged and humiliated people ~~ then when even more disadvantaged people are located, manufacturing is moved there to utilise their virtual enslavement ~~ leaving behind nations of people still impoverished in a polluted environment with increased infection ~~ all of which results in welfare induced obesity and untreated mental health disorders.

“With far fewer people engaged in law on Earth under the US guided administration, there will be ample manual workforce to provide the essentials of life for individual nations ~~ as seen by US, Earth’s legal fraternity is filled with the most conniving and despicable of all humans as they rearrange historical evidence, in order to manipulate advantage for the evil elitists and wealthy minority.

“It will be the policy of GSO to employ the people of nations in manufacturing the needs of that nation by the people within that nation. Free non-polluting energy will allow this to be more efficiently provided for the common people.

“GSO will encourage people to settle more widely away from large cities on small land holdings that will be resumed from large corporate land owners, ~~ free energy will facilitate this US intention.

“It has been the evil intention of your Earth elitist’s for centuries to strip both sovereign rights and wealth from the common people in order to unfairly advantage Corporatocracy and its elite beneficiaries ~~ this highly in-humanitarian and corrupt practice will be replaced with a system of incentive promoted participation of the common people who will be rewarded for their efforts more equitable and fairly than has prevailed under Earths elitist administration. The non-working systems of Capitalism and Communism will be replaced with a system between based on Community Concern and Coexistence.

“Earth’s taxation is a ‘cauldron of corruption,’ used as a method of manipulating advantage for the elitist people of Corporatocracy and individuals who have an influential association within the large accounting professions, ~~ all of which corruptly disadvantage the common people.

“GSO has the intention to implement a simple system of taxation. This tax will be a small percentage charge on all purchased goods and services. One tax only allowed for the common people; this being a tax on expenditure as opposed to the taxing of income and effort. Those who wish others to provide for them will be required to pay the taxation needed for public administrative services.

“GSO will insist that the people own the right to create the finance for their businesses free from the elite advantaging usury interest. The evil elitists who have created private advantage usury banking for centuries on Earth will be vanished and will never be allowed to appear on Earth again.

“GSO will determinedly influence the theological believing people of Earth. Those who reverence myth based worship ~~ those who worship the mythological based literature of Holy Books of the many sectarian religions of Earth will be greatly rewarded if they replace their present mythical and tumultuous life style and phobic insecurities with fact based Universe belief.

“The condescending will be provided with the capacity to participate in the wonders of scientific reality of cosmic discovery. Those with this wisdom will be assisted in participating and associating in the vast and exquisitely wondrous and complex mysteries of the universe ~~ the existing mythical dreams of Earth people may then experience reality.

“GSO is of the opinion mythical worship should be replaced with an objective more peaceful humanitarian and harmonious believing philosophy rather than the multitude of faith and fear based religions which now prevailed upon Earth.

“GSO believes there will be wide galactic opportunities for those who decide to comply with universal reality and true expression and belief in the expanded scientific discovery of cosmic matter and life.

“GSO is cognitive there will be self-serving elitist individuals who will object and resist the proposed changes. They will likely be those who devised the ruinous usury financial system that has financially enslaved the common people of Earth for centuries ~~ they must be vanished to never appear on Earth again.

“The issues of war, weapons of mass destruction, the exploitation and unfair use and enslavement of women and the issue of medical and sexual exploitation of children, will be discussed with US representatives at the time when a mental sonic information transfer system is installed ~~ that will be once an agreement is confirmed between those concerned with US intervention of Earth.

“US believe there is no need for further demonstrations that GSO’s electronic impulse of light, time and matter transfer systems and that they are far more superior and sophisticated to those of Earth. While Earth’s communicative systems are virtually obsolete systems of energy supply and communication, while matter transfer technology is nonexistent ~~ GSO systems could in effect paralyse all of Earth adversely administered armies in minutes of Earth time and resistance would be found as being futile.

“However, I have been notified that your time to return to Earth has approached ~~ therefore US seeks conformation of your free choosing to confirm your cooperation, or otherwise in the GSO intention of eradicating corruption on Earth and to place its future in the hands of its common people under the guidance of Galactic Space Operations and implementation by Universe Surveillance.

“One further matter that GSO and US must mention before you confirm your alliance to GSO, and your time compressed transfer back to your home; that is GSO’s decision to provide physical and mental ‘Indemnity’ for you and your family.

“This is being made in view of a likely attempt by the existing elite to interfere with your wellbeing if you accept the intended position and obligations to GSO as ‘Envoy’ in informing the mass population of Earth of US’s intended engagement of removing Earth’s evil injustices, as recognised and mentioned in this discussion.

“One last but important security matter to mention, is that all early recording of the US vehicle appearing on your home security system will be removed in order that your brief absence from Earth cannot be forcibly traced by the evil elite in governance or exploited by corrupt unsympathetic media. This is being done to protect your wellbeing. Unfortunately, this evidence removal will not protect you from being wrongly accused as being a conspiracy theorist.”

With Galaxis’s concluding information and collegiate request, I responded in the affirmative without hesitation, and on doing so stood, and we met midway across the room of the Galactic space vehicle with extended right hands to which he responded with a powerful grip as we looking into each other’s eyes with reflected resonations of honourable respect ~~ as Galaxis instantly disappeared from view ~~ being supernaturally replace by the vision of the more feminine Alien who had discretely accompanied me from my home, to where she returned me in a similar manner to that of my 2.30am departure.

On closing the front-door, and on this inclusive Alien meeting in space, which I believed would have had an Earth duration of at least several hours, I looked at my located watch which showed the time as being only 3.30am ~~ then remembering the final comments of Galaxis that our meeting time would be ‘compressed,’ ~~ and in an exhausted state of mind, I went directly to the bedroom where after a brief recollection of intermingling thoughts ~~ thoughts that dissolved into a deep sleep ~~ a dreamless sleep from which I woke to the impetuous sounds of my mobile phone at 7am, being quite an unusually late time for me to wake.

This extraordinary happening is for all CONSCIONABLE THEORISTS!
